I haven't got a new rod yet. And the other three are facing towards the flywheel. I just started second guessing myself I guess since I screwed one rod up already. And how would u adjust clearance if it's not in spec?

You adjust clearance by changing to thicker or thinner bearing shells.
That procedure-as well as plastigauging- is outlined in the manual.
There are numbers on the rods, as well as numbers on the crank that are used to find the baseline correct bearing shell. Wear tolerancing is done by the plastigauge, and a selection of shells is available to clearance accordingly.
