Throttle cable and harness routing
I'm putting the fizzer back together after a bit of electrical work, and am having some routing issues. Does the wiring harness go below or above the carbs? Also, clutch and throttle cables routing info needed. Could someone post a pic of the correct routing.

Re: Throttle cable and harness routing
Here are where mine reside

Clutch cable enters the hole in the frame where the electrical harness runs through in the front and then follows the bottom edge of the frame.
Hope that helps.

WOOHOO
thanks! Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words.
Now to figure out the clutch cable routing. It's binding the way I have it now

Clutch cable is really simple... As it leaves the lever, curve it downward and into the hole in the frame(its like a 1" hole with a plastic bushing around it and wires running through it). Then just run in along the inside of the frame. Mine has plenty of slack.davephipps wrote:WOOHOOthanks! Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words.

Cool. It's on and everything seems to be routed properly. Onto the cantankerous airbox next
Hopefully I'll get this thing back together for the monday morning commute

Glad to hear it. Good luck with the airbox. Remember if you can't get the airbox to go over the carbs, dry a hair dryer/heat gun or dip the airbox in hot water to loosen up the rubber.davephipps wrote:Cool. It's on and everything seems to be routed properly. Onto the cantankerous airbox next![]()
