Yes you can,

I have an adjustable R6 break lever and Master Cylinder. It is possible, not sure about the Clutch lever. Here's a picture of my setup.

you can adjust your lever reach on the clutch by way of the adjustment screw and backout bolt where the clutch cable starts. here is a pic reference:

obviously those levers have a reach adjustment built in. even if you do not have fancy levers, you can still adjust your lever so that the lever sits closer to the bar. simply unscrew the back off nut away from the lever (the big, thin "disc" part), and then screw the adjuster into the clutch a little bit. check the play of the clutch lever as you do so to find the feel you like. if you decide to set it back to original, make sure to leave a little free play in the lever. if you over tighten it, you will be engaging the clutch and eating up your clutch plates, losing power, etc.

it's an easy adjustment to do. or just buy levers with a switch on them. heh heh

Replace with 99-02 R6 perch and levers and just add the adjustable ones. They make them for that model both clutch and brake. The clutch ones are high dollar and come in different colors.
