Check BikeBandit or Dennis Kirk, I don't think they are very expensive, maybe $20.00 if that

Just replace them both. You're digging around your bike anyways, you might as well replace both and avoid the hassle of doing it all again when the other snaps.

if you think about it, they BOTH pull...The return cable PULLS the carbs closed.
