the guy I bought my fzr from gave me a box of misc stuff for the fzr...
heres stuff I pulled from the box and I was wondering what the hell they are and what are they for...
The long rod I believe is for the swinger, and the shorter rod in the middle is for the shock/dogbones...ignore the stuff behind the swinger rod thing... (+wires/right controls/clutch lever and extra spacer/relay)

The round piece with four holes around the center threaded hole is an arbor nut from a grinder. Right above that to the left is some kind of push in fuel fitting. Don't know where the screw with the big head goes. The weldment tab is possibly for the horn mount. Old bearing. Spacer for sprocket carrier side? Couple of dowel pins.

"Old bearing"? the thing is just a huge a** spacer. its a solit hunk of metal rounded and with a hole drilled threw the middle...
the screw with the big head isnt a screw, and its got an O-ring on it near the bottom so I think its something to do with either fuel or air...
ehhh...oh well. Im sure ill find out what the other things are for eventualy
the big long bolt is your swingarm bolt .. the thing to the left is your lever that red wire is you + positive terminal , next to that is you starter switch , the rest hmmmmmmmmmm....

I think this thing goes inside your clutch assembly, if I remember correctly.

LOL! I decided not to label the obvious.............
well, if you guys read what I wrote, then you would have seen this

It might be part to a grinder arbor
I'm thinking so as well.
yeah. The guy who gave you the box of parts is looking all over his garage next time he needs to use his angle grinder..."damn it, where's the arbor nut and backer plate?"
'Cause that IS the backing plate that keeps the wheel in a flat plane, and the double 'd' hole in it engages the arbor.

That's right. I just got done with a clutch job and that's the small clutch pushrod on the clutch side....there's a ball bearing between it and the long pushrod that goes through your motor to the sprocket cover where the clutch cable attaches.

It does hold the reflector, but it also holds the brake line to the front brake line to the fork, so I'd hang on to it for a spare, or use it later on for a race brake line setup.
