5-10 mins max to blead brakes manualy. pump for about 5 mins open up the bleeder screw while you are pressing the lever down and air will come out...do it until ya got a steady stream and here no more pop sounds. refill the rezzy.

You may have gotten an air bubble into the M/C. I tied the brake lever down to the clip-on and bled the brakes that way. Wasn't the most correct way of doing it, but it worked.

Nice part about radial master cylinders - they have bled screws on the them, not just at the calliper.
Yes, that is a Single Sided Swingarm FZR600 that I built.

Something is lurking, waiting, wanting to be built......It calls to me from the darkness....

I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel....Then I realize that it is the train coming to run my ass over....

CAD,
The idea is spot on, as to radial M/c and bleed nipples , ANY M?C can be fitted with them it is just a case of loosen the purse strings and buy one for about 12USD and SAVE all the bleeding problems :-}

I have been using them for years and would not go go back even if it meant missing a ride, !!!!

It's the speedo cable. If i remember correctly your bike has a digital gauge swap done so you don't need one.

Hahaha. I heard that. Really, unless you screw it up once you will never learn. I just remember being around my father and him showing me how to fix things and most of that stuff stayed with me. Every now and then I still call him to ask for help whether I need it or not. Most of the time just to talk about the problem and Im sure that makes him feel good.

PMF,
he probably believes as I do that at our age we have been around long enough to have learnt something and to save you youngsters some grief we should pass that knowledge on.
And yes it is a good feeling, most of society thing we are just a bunch of old duffers and when we get a result it is nice to know we are not quite on the scrap heap yet LoL
