Im 99% sure it will.I might have to mess with the equalization tubes, but besides that there shouldent be any issues.I did a setup like this on my last bike, even tho it came from the factory with ram air all the components were gone when Igot the bike and I put it back together basically like I did with this. And it worked dead on the first try.jsph.mitch wrote:I hope that works out.

On a side note I also did my fork seals last night. One of the easiest and cheapest things I've done to the bike...

what is vortex doing so custom .. that hardening thing ..? i hope you ordered 2
It just kinda clips tightly to the front fairing and pulls right off with the cover.I just used fittings that were laying around besides the flex tube.I guess it would have been easier to spend a couple of bucks and got a 1 1/2 female to female 45 fitting so I could have just slid the hose's in and out,but this works fineYAM93 wrote: This is a pretty cool mod and the YouTube video sounds pretty good, and seems like it will work great.
Only thing I wonder is ... when you go to take the gas tank cover off... i guess the whole assembly will have to come off ?? The way you have it connected to the front fairing ... will that be an easy task ?
Nice job on the bondo / painting etc. also.

thats the lady friends bike and she's quite fond of it and I dont see her getting rid of it untill her temptation to buy a harley overcomes hershredex wrote:what are ya doing with the F4i?
I hope theres not gas in the carbs being that it's fuel injected.shredex wrote:the things covered in dust! tell her to get on that thing and take it for a ride! I hope theres not gas sitting in the carbs
