Don't forget about your fzronline.com sticker!! RRBike

Thats right. I have one on each side. That counts as double the HP.

I've got the K&N filter, full V&H SS2R exhaust system, stage 3 jet kit, 520 conversion and the Factory Pro +5 ignition advancer. I'd say the biggest gains were with the full exhaust system.

Id definitely say the 660 conversion. Next thing that made my bike quick was doing the fzr400 conversion this bike is now 25kg (55lbs) lighter than my stock fzr600 and still street legal.
fzr660/400: fzr400 3en1 frame, 3en2 swinger, custom single seat subframe, fzr660 motor conversion, APE adjustable cam gears, full D&D 4-2-1 exhaust, falicon clutch basket, ignitech ignition, R6 front end with tz250 wheel, ohlins shock, storz steering damper, tzr250 rear wheel.

weighs 166kg wet (25kg lighter than my stock fzr600).

Guys,
HP is great but can you make it work ?
My 92 FZR6 is 25% more HP than my old bike (RD400) but weighs in at 50% more weight at least.

The handling of the FZR for what in its time the best is well off on this bike. so I decided to put YSS cartridge emulators & linear springs and that showed me the back end was wallowing & flexing

So I replaced the swing arm and cleaned up the shock with its pivot points and now she is carving lines that I would hope for my fave 80 mph corner is now 110 :cop:

Providing she now passes the govt safety test (MoT) I will be well happy

For those of you who have kept track of the how-to's the swing arm one is no longer correct and I have to alter it !!! so be warned
