Done some digging..looks like factory pro needles...

Managed to get main jets (2 × #107.5 & 2 × #110) from wemoto and jet needles (4 × 5CFZ2) from the US.
In the garage:
2012 VFR1200X Silver
1997 ZX7R P2 black
1992 TDM850 Mk1 army green
1988 FZR 1000 2RG White and red

No hijack intended,but where did you get an excellent exhaust like yours? I Need one really bad.Lucky if it came with the bike.

Hi..got it on ebay. Was surprised to see one in such good condition myself!

I've got the main jets as per the manual but can anyone tell me why the main jet (#107.5) for cylinders 2 and 3 are smaller than the main jet (#110) for cylinders 1 and 4. I'm used to the middle cylinders having the bigger jet for cooling reasons....Haynes manual is telling me different this time??

Any ideas??

Its ok.. found a thread else where explaining the strategies of bigger/smaller main jets on cylinders 2 and 3 compared to cylinders 1 and 4.

As I understand it inside cylinders run hotter! Using bigger main jets here means more fuel which in turn gives a cooling effect. Using smaller jets here compensates for less dense air so keeps fuel/air mix correct (emissions).

Have I grasped this correct??

Yes; I think that is the reasoning behind the jetting.

BTW; I just tried that VHT you recommended.

I must say the can size was disappointing but the nozzle and the coverage DO make redemption for that.
Probable the best rattle can paint I've ever used pattern wise.

Very good coverage.....time will tell re. durability on aircooled barrels though.

It is good to work with...glad you have had a good experience....no doubt we will both find out in due course how good it is with temp.

Yeah been there before....will take them back to original surface before discs go on.
