remove_the_flywheel

How to Remove the Flywheel
- Time: 30 minutues
- Required Tools: 5mm allen, flywheel puller, hammer, socket wrench
Directions
1. Use the 5mm allen tool to remove the stator cover (left side of bike) 2. Remove the bolt in the middle of the flywheel (you may need a breaker bar) 3. Screw in the flywheel puller (tighten to around 20 Nm or so, as long as its not loose) 4. Take a hammer and whack the flywheel puller (Careful, don't damage the flywheel) 5. It may take a few whacks for the flywheel to loosen, it should then just slide right off 6. After removing the flywheel there should be a flywheel tab that holds it in place, don't loose this.
