Required Tools:

• 5mm allen wrench
• flywheel puller
• Hammer
• Socket wrench

Directions:

1. Use the 5mm allen tool to remove the stator cover (left side of bike)
2. Remove the bolt in the middle of the flywheel (you may need a breaker bar)
3. Screw in the flywheel puller (tighten to around 20 Nm or so, as long as its not loose)
4. Take a hammer and whack the flywheel puller (Careful, don't damage the flywheel)
5. It may take a few whacks for the flywheel to loosen, it should then just slide right off
6. After removing the flywheel there should be a flywheel key (a little half moon shaped bit of metal ) that holds it in place, don't lose this.
