My bike has the original 3en1 braced swingarm as pictured below
1. I think I read somewhere that I can't use the existing 3en1 swingarm without modification - Can anyone confirm this?
2. Has anyone done the R6 rear shock conversion using the 3en1 swingarm and if so, what modifications were actually needed?
3. Will a swingarm from a 3en2 model allow me to fit the R6 shock without modification and is it a *direct* replacement for my existing one i.e. needs no mods to the swingarm pivot etc
I've already had a look and I think it will be a hassle finding a 3en2 swingarm.
4. Are there any other swingarms from other models, perhaps fzr 600, which will fit my 3en1 model and still allow me to fit the R6 shock?
5. If the 3en2 swingarm is the better option, does anyone have one for sale?

The earlier, red spring shock will fit flipped 180*, but it hits the shock mounting tabs. I had to cut them off and remake it to clear the reservoir. The 08 shock has a smaller res and in a slightly different position, so it clears with no interference at all. If you are going to flip the shock around, 08 is the only way to go IMO.
