help with header options

So my 1992 fzr600 came with a full aftermarket V&H ss2r system the headers are decent but not that great I ordered a stock set to use with my Vance and Hines but the headers are smaller and the can goes over the headers and moves freely anyone know a remedy for this I've seen people with stock header that fit the v&h slip on no problem so,why am I not having any luck
I know,from being on here that there's a member who,makes custom header to fit ??? R6 headers I believe ....

R6 headers will fit with some modification, Contact forum member "thatkid", he was selling r6 headers ready to fit a fzr a few months back. Hope this helps.
