Only runs on full choke!! HELP!!

Hi all,
I have a 92 fzr600. Lots of mods. Just put new carbs on with dynojet stage 3 jet kit. Carbs were spotless when installed. Starts and idles better than did before but only runs mostly right with full choke on. Uses alot more fuel now also air fuel is 3 turns out ,130 main jets and the needle is on lowest clip which puts it in the highest position. Any thoughts or help is greatly appreciated.

What are you using for filters / intakes? Stage 3 is normally used with pods or screens; >> more air = >> more fuel.

Individual pod filters. Full yoshimura exhaust, e3 plugs,ford coil pack (accel) and Taylor thundervolt 8.2 mm plug wires. The exhaust and carbs came from Nate (that kid ).

Sounds like you need to bump your idle jets a size or 2.

The idle jets? That would cause it to only run on full choke? Mind u I have the prob in mid to high rpm. It starts and idles fine. Pull off give it gas and it stalls and sputters. I'm banging my head over here. Been workin on it for months to no avail. Trying to make it run right so I can sell it and not part it out. Just bought an 05 r1 street fighter. Wife said the fzr has to go. I got a ton of $ in custom parts. It's a streetfighter.

Do you have the pods mounted directly on the carb throats, or are you using a PVC stand-off the length of the carb-to-airbox inlet rubbers? The latter solves a LOT of weird jetting problems ...

I'm a total dumb a**. I accidentally put the new main jets in the pilot jets. So I was runnin 130's in the pilot and 107.5 in the mains.
