Kinda hard to tell but it looks like the crank case rebreather. Goes up to the bottom of the airbox.

That is correct. It goes to the bottom of the airbox. Left rear of the airbox as you are sitting on the bike.

Ah no wonder i couldnt find its home, im running pods.. what is the right to do with it then ?

Put a small filter on the end of it, to keep rain, twigs, and small animals out of your crankcase. A better solution, if you're feeling ambitious, is to fab a catch bottle, run the hose to it, then have a filter off the top of the bottle.
