98 FZR600r Fuel Problems??

Hello all, New to forums. This subject may already be on these forums somewhere but I couldn't find it... I have a 98 FZR600R (3HE) 16k miles I got about 3 months ago. I went riding today and all of a sudden it started to "bog" out when I gave it throttle I pulled into a gas station and checked the fuel, there was about 1/4 a tank in there but I decided to fill it up anyway (93 Octane always), headed out and as soon as I gave it more than 1/4 throttle twist it did it again and throughout every other gear I tried. I know a bunch of you are thinking carbs... cleaned already, I have ran Seafoam directly into it, let it sit for about 15 minutes then burned it all out, put 1/4 a bottle in the tank, new fuel filter, no leaks or cracks in the boots or anything I can find wrong... anyone have any experience with this or any thoughts on what it might be? *Just finished putting in new plugs thinking it may have been a fouled plug, but no difference.

Do you here your fuel pump prime when you turn the key?

Yes, but if I Just had it running or turned on then off and back on without any real time between then I hear almost like a click noise... it will idle all day long and I can rev it but when it gets to around 4-5k rpm's that's when it bogs or sounds almost like its flooding itself out.

Check your battery connections. Also, drain the bowls of your carbs to see if there is any junk in the fuel. I had a very similar problem and that was it.
