Hi!
This i ridiculous, but i put a pair of running shoes under the rear seat and now its stuck. The lock is working but it wont go all the way to unlock it. What should i do?

push down hard on rear seat while operating the lock?
Fill lock cylinder with silicone and try the above?

You have jammed up the lock mechanism; the pressure on the lock is preventing the catch opening.
Do as reelrazor states and don't jam shoes under the pillion seat in future.

Hahah i know its embarrassing, and im a car mechanic...... but seriously its stuck. Ive tried to put pressure in every angle but it wont open. Maybe the locking mechanism is broken?
