Opinion on valve stem seals

Post by 97fzrnoob »

I'm going to put my 97 fzr up for sale, but before I do I'm going to replace the valve stem seals. I'm thinking about these http://www.ebay.com/itm/R-amp-D-SHO-FZR ... 63&vxp=mtr. I know OEM's would be better, but I don't want to throw a bunch of $$$ into it since I'm gonna let it go fairly cheap at $1000. Been a great bike other than burning a little oil, just time to upgrade.

And, prolly not where the oil is getting lost.

Fairly big job to just pass the bike along to someone else, but if you are intent on it, I would go with thatkid's set..not gonna find a better price.
