I scratched the curb of the inside of my wheel. Do I need to replace it?

The picture is really hard to see. Did it scratch on the hub or the rim where the tire meets metal?

Chris.

I was removing the front rotors and one of the bolts were stuck. I took a grinder and filed down the head of the bolt and pulled the rotor off. the grinder contacted the side of the wheel where the speedometer connects to the hub. that's the shinny part you see on the circular lip.
