dogbone dimensions

I'm getting a friend of mine to make me some dog bones. I know the length of the full do gone is 7 inches and the the thickness is 3/16 of an inch. I want to find out more but I don't have time to drop the ones I have and do measurements. what is the measurement of the hole where the bolt goes and what is the measurement of the tip of the dogbone to the start of the bolt hole.
