FZR keeps falling on Its face

Post by tclayton9 »

i fitted my new airbox with better boots but with the choke off it idles at between 1000 and 800 and the shuts off. When i ride with the choke off it takes the gas fine and doesn't hesitate or stall but if i pull the clutch in the bike shuts off. I have the mixture
Screws at 3 turns out.

Adjust your idle stop. You should be idling around 11-1200.

I don't know if this helps, but when I first put the air box on, it sat in the yard for about two minutes before i drove it and idled around I'd say about 1000 to 1300. Then after that it started acting up once I began to ride it. :headscratch:
