I still need:
ignition
headlight (might have one but haven't heard back from the guy)
front and rear brake pads
front tire
a speedo of some sort
possibly some foot pegs
a front brake line

I think that covers everything. Might need mirrors if my current idea doesn't work but I think it will. Most of it is crap I'm going to order from denniskirk.com course if anyone had the last 3 item lying around or an ignition of some sort that would save some cash.

bike bandit is almost always cheaper than dennis kirk , i only use denniskirk if bike bandit is out of whatever i'm looking for . might save you a few bucks .

Don't know how hot the powdercoating will make it, but if it's anything above 100 degrees I'd say the POR-15 won't handle it -- from what i can physically see on mine it looks like it's only meant to resist gasoline / water / that kinda stuff.

Order the DK stuff and post more pics.

It will be "street legal". I'll be able to get it registered but if it has to pass a close inspection well.....

how long of a brake line?

The brake line would need to be about 3.5 feet. At least that's what the stock one is. It looks like it would work but it has one spot where it's worn pretty good. Not sure I'd feel safe sending it off to someone with a worn line.

pretty need idea. now watch 2-3 years from now compainies will make somthing like you came up with..i mean 2 guys up the street form me already got them mini choppers.

you sticking with knobby in the front...that may cause some inspection problems since i dont know of any mini dirtbike tire that is DOT legal. might be able to get a smaller sportbike tire on there depending what size it is. looks like a 17" or 16"
