chain problem

i have problem with my chain so as all of us know when set new tire we need to stretch chain with bolt Image but when i stretch my chain, after few KM my chain become loosely, where i made mistake, do i need to tense this bolt here Image but im scared to tense more and more and with time to destroy main bolt or destroy thread

Your location is Kansas? I'm just not understanding your English very well. I'm going to guess that you are trying to say that your chain keeps coming loose.

You are supposed to loosen the nut on the left, loosen the axle nut, turn the bolt until the chain is the proper tension. Then tighten the nut on the left, tighten the axle nut and you are done. There should be no chain stretch or loosening.

When doing all of this make sure to:
Use proper chain tightening methods and refer to a manual if you are unsure.
Use proper tools.
Use proper torque values.

yes my chain keeps coming loose. i did loosen the nut on the left, loosen the axle nut, turn the bolt until the chain is the proper tension. Then tighten the nut on the left, tighten the axle nut. but i fear to tight main bolt two much and damage it so can you tell me how much to tight main bolr PS i'm powerlifter and i brake bolt on truck so becouse of that i have fear to tight two much main bolt

Where to buy a good chain will depend where you are. Europe? Australia? Canada? Japan? United States?
