Need YZF oversize pistons

In the states, this was the upgrade to the FZR600. In other places, this is called an FZR. Either way, many of the components of the US YZF600r fit onto the US FZR600.

Don't worry, they have it. The unit is the same for nearly all applications and it is only the wire connectors and program you load onto it that is different. I've used mine to run a yzf engine. They are in the Cezc republic though so the time difference is about 8 - 10 hrs and they always take a while to respond ( like a day or so ).
Yes, that is a Single Sided Swingarm FZR600 that I built.

I know that TTS Performance over in the UK used to offer YZF600 +60cc over bore kits a few years ago. I checked out their site (http://www.tts-performance.co.uk/) its under construction so I am not sure if they still offer them.

Just making the engine a little more over square isn't going to make it all peaky...

But, it was already a motor that was made more oversquare by Yamaha -in it's stock form. And, it got peakier.

Now, add more bore.................it's a pretty logical conclusion.

I kind of see what your driving at, but that is a little different then what we are talking about. On the FZR600 to YZF600 engine they made it more over square, but kept the displacement the same. The only way to do this is decrease the stroke. In the case of over boring the engine we are making more over square with the same stroke which is going to add displacement. Not really an apples to apples comparison.

The rods you need are FZS600 Fazer (the early shape).
Don't quote me on this but I heard Honda hornet pistons might be a fit and they're 77mm (?)
