Delkevic Exhaust Headers on 3HE

Post by batasquad »

Hi all, just purchased some new delkevic headers & a Remus rear can for my FZR 600 1989. Did a LOT of work on my bike as well (New Engine, Sprayed Everything, New Tyres, New Chain & Sprocket etc) but now i have come to put my bottom fairing back on... and it wont fit becuase of the headers :-( has anyone else had this problem, and if so, how did they recify it?

Many thanks.

Can you get any pictures of the problem? My headers are after market and have about an inch between them and the fairing

EEK! I assume your FZR600 is the 3HE Genesis model?? Did you specify that when ordering them?? I take it your replacement engine is a 3HE unit aswell??

Yes my replacement engine is the 3HE model, as are the delkevic Headers, they fit great onto the bike but then there is the downside of the fairing. I will try and get some pics up as soon as i can.
