Floats

Post by Redoliander »

I'm having a hard time finding where I can buy some floats for my 91 1000. I can find the carb rebuild kits, jets, but not the floats. When I took the float bowls off and started cleaning the 3 of the 4 floats were broken where they go into the carb. any help pointing me in the right direction is greatly appreciated!

Email these folks. They can supply most carb related stuff. If they're not willing to ship overseas, give me a shout coz I spend alot of money with them so would collect for you and forward on

Thank you! I have noticed most results are from across the pond. Is this cause you guys/galls love the older technology bikes? Or like my fz6 most aftermarket parts are from overseas cause the naked bikes are more welcomed there instead of everyone in the states wanting to look like a motogp racer?

Holy hell! I have no idea what I'm looking at on that page! I have no idea what size it is! I like it when it says 91 fzr 1000 part # XXXX. That way a dumby like me can order the right part. Lol!

go to the contact page and shoot them an email. They're very helpful. Closed Saturday, Sunday & Monday

The carbs are BDST38 so if you quote that ref they will do the rest and advise which float you need
