Am I Screwed?

Got everything back together, but i cant get it to start. it turns over but doesnt fire up, itll rumble and almost catch like its about to start but thats it. i have spark, valves were all in spec, tdc cam timing was just a smidge off but i saw a thread on here that it was ok, carbs were thoroughly cleaned again, float heights at 23mm, i have a fp jet kit with clips in middle position, screws at 3 turns out, all the same from when i took it off. there must be something simple im missing, any help is always appreciated.

EDIT:
got it to start, sprayed some starting fluid in the air box, and after a few cranks it fired up. wont idle, ill have to adjust the mixture screws and the idle screw. once i get it all buttoned up ill post some pics.
