Yeah that's what I've gathered. I picked up a '90 FZR with an '01 YZF motor "in" it. Basically it was someone's project that they never finished. It looks like it's essentially done, but it ain't runnin', so I have to start diagnosing it. I figured a proper writeup of how to do the swap would be a good place to start.blensen wrote:I'm almost positive it's a straight bolt in? And you're probably better off just modifying the YZF wiring harness to work with the FZR frame, but the engine mounting is the same.
