smoking

I have notice that if i ride for more than 20 mile or so i get a good bid of white smoke, smells like oil. after i take off i dont get the smoke or the smell anymore I changed the oil late august and had to put about a qt in it 2 weeks ago. I know i am burning and leaking some oil. Just trying to see if any one has had this problem before. I know i am leaking out of my right lower side not sure where yet. If i ride for 10 minutes or so i have oil on my right boot. Going to try and spray engine cleaner on it this weekend and see if i can find it.

I am going to guess you have a leak in-between the jugs and the bottom case. That's where mine leaked when I put the engine back together and didn't follow the bolt sequence. And I got oil and antifreeze on my left boot.

i havent had it apart and it just randomly started leaking about a month ago.
