HID installation

Its been awhile since i've been able to get to my computer but finally found time to show you guys what i did with my HID installation. I bought a standard ebay chinese kit for $30 h/l beam bulbs with ballast. One thing i ran into problem with which wasnt a big deal is that the running light was the hid light and the low beam was more of a regular halogen type glow so i reversed the two wires so that my low beam or running lights were the yellowish halogen light and the high beam was the the 8k bright white night light Many pics so here we go

before install high low beam pics had regular halogen but with look alike hyper white bulbs but still werent bright enough for me





Now for installation, sliced the boot to get the wires and connectors through



Wiring and balast was zipped tied to the light bracket on the right side next to the ram air duct tube








Final location and nicely tucked away (kind of )

That is an upgrade I would highly recommend.
