"double" bulbed single headlamp fitting

Post by yamaha_george »

Hi,
well the single headlamp on my FZR here has the"german" two bulb se up in it how ever there are NO bulbs inside and I do not know if they are H4 size or not.
Some one care to say what size they are as I have HID stuff available to me that I could use IF I know what size the darn things are.
TIA

It uses 2 different bulbs. The projector uses a H1 and the other side uses a H3.
Yes, that is a Single Sided Swingarm FZR600 that I built.

Well, it helps that I have the same headlight. It was on my 600 build.

Cad,
you are a life saver George & I have it seems fairly identical bikes we did a trace and this bike of mine has had an interesting life owned by some well traveled guys

Thanks again now we can both buy a set of lights at sensible money & swap a lamp each so we end up with a set to suit.

There are two kinds of posts on Forums.
1. This is what I have done...
2. This is what I think...
Be aware of the difference!
