MY NEW BIKE

Post by gt5094stang »

After months of fixing my bike up and getting it running....I decided to repaint my bike and powder coat a few things also. I previously posted a thread called painting bike but i figured since i just finished i would post pics from how i bought the bike to my current stage of being done and everything in between. Hope you guys like my creation of this FZR 600 (Sorry for the photos in the shop once i get others i'll post them up)

THe day i purchased the bike and had it towed to the auto shop where i work at

Wanted a high mount so i traded extra seats i had for a yoshi

After days of tryin to make it work, I finally have a high mount

Excellent job! You certainly should enjoy riding that!

Love the R6 tail light in the Airtech... that was my favorite year tail light.

looks fantastic, have you seen any issues with the paint and the high mount exhaust being so close?

It looks awesome and those who don't know the FZR 600s would think its one of those current modern bike models...

After that much work I think I'd end up being honked at by senior citizens for going too slow if I rode it in the rain

Alright guys managed to get a quick video of the bike running.....I was actually suprised i started it the first time without choke. I should have let it warm up a little cause when i went to rev it up a bit it died. After that just started back up again and gave it a few revs. When i bring it home this weekend i'll get a better video and walk around.

awesome! I can't even hear any engine noise. That exhaust sounds great and the bike looks awesome. You should do something with the triple though, it doesn't match the rest of the bike :-P
