Hey guys what do you use for radiator hose on a 400/YZF600 hybrid?
I was using 3/4 inch heater hose, but I had to replace it and the new hose doesn't want to stretch over the ports on the rad and engine. I measured and found they are .85 OD, and I haven't been able to find any hose of that size.
FZR400/YZF600 with YZF600 Rad, what Hose??

there are silicon rubber hoses sold by race car companies that will work. I changed a damaged pump to rad hose with red silicon rubber. What is difficult to find is tight moulder bends that work on bikes as car hoses have a lot more room to play in.
As to recommending a vendor I cannot remember where I got my red hose from here in the UK it took me less than 30 mins to track it down, I remember that as others had expressed difficulty at the time BUT they were looking at pre-moulded tight bends as well.
