bike all messed up
ok so i have an 88 fzr1000 and tonight i was riding it i pulled in the clutch going about 30mph and reved a little and i hear a noise like my motor was just falling apart and then it kinda sounded like it was knocking. the weird part is that when in gear (not running) the bike still rolls like in neutral. and now it wont start at all kinda like its binding up or something. does anyone have any ideas?

Any ideas?
Yeah, plenty.
The first being that you need to do a little of the detective work if we are going to be able to help you.
Any oil leaking? Chain still on the bike? And visible damage?..etc. etc.
Do a little more examination, and get back to us

Re: bike all messed up
Maybe the clutch basket nut loosened?
Re: bike all messed up
I am not real familiar with the FZR 1000 but I believe there is a chain (internal) attached to the clutch basket that may have given up. As previously suggested, pull the clutch cover and start looking around.
