Last night I realized that my headlight doesn't turn on and my instrument cluster doesn't light up. Brights don't work either. Idiot lights do work. My fuses look good.
Any ideas?

Re: headlight out
If some of your lights are suddenly out and the fuse is still good, you may have a fried voltage regulator. Measure the voltage across the battery terminals at 3000 rpm; if it's higher than 15.3vdc, the VRR has failed high and is trying to destroy every electrical component in your harness.

Re: headlight out

That is why the lights go out when starting so you have max power to tumble the motor :-}
