Looks like the same quality as Harbor Freight tools that we have in the states. Not sure "quality" was the correct word.

The Laser stuff I have bought previously is pretty good so it may be better than the one you list. It looks pretty similar to my 1/2 "torque wrench I have been using for years.

Ive bought 2 things from hf. It's been alright so far. My torque wrench won't go all the way to 250 ft/lb but I've never gone that far. But I also wait until they send me coupons before I buy anything so I got the wrench for 11.99. Mwahahahahahahaha

Be very careful with the hf torque wrench. My buddy used it to tighten his lug nuts once. He watched his wheel roll past him and hit the car in front of him.

A lot of companies, like Harbor Freight and Laser sell various items from China that they put their name on them. I wouldn't be surprised if they came off the same factory line. It's not to say that they won't work or last, the issue is usually with the accuracy.

I have some Harbor Freight items that are still working a year after buying :: Drill Press (drilling ABS), Heat Gun and some hand tools.

When I used my wrench for the front, it felt like 42 came really early and when I did 72 or 77 it felt like I was going to have to use my foot. But I checked it on a snap on tw and it was right on. + or - 4%. Haha. That's straight out of the spec book. The manual does say that if you leave it unused for a long period of time to "work" it back up to higher torques. Like 20 then 40 then.... blah blah.
