FZR400 frame
I'm looking for an FZR400 frame in the next week or so. Looking for one with clean title and very little if no damage.

Get in the line... you're #4,598.
You might get lucky, but they are really hard, if not impossible, to find.

I've been seeing 1 or 2 a month for the past few months. And strangely enough, have not been gobbled up right away. I just haven't had the fund at the right times because of part buys just before the frames went up on CL and/or Ebay.

Re: FZR400 frame
They are rare ish as the states only had one style 400 the 1WG model, Europe had several models including the 1WGIckis wrote:I've been seeing 1 or 2 a month for the past few months. It really depend on how thick your pocket book is as to whether you decide to buy in Europe or Japan unless you are prepared to wait ......................
Re: FZR400 frame
I really don't feel like deal with all the licensing issue involved with buying international. Otherwise I'd seriously consider buying from the UK or Japan.

Re: FZR400 frame
As has been said, it's very hard to find just the frame in good condition with title. It would be easier to find a whole bike. If I were you I'd check your state's procedures for titleing a bike with "insufficient proof of ownership". In NJ it takes about $300 and about 9 months to process.
