I don't think low fuel level would be the issue. Its either in the carbs or the exup servo. Does the exup servo move at least? Or are the gears clogged/broken to bits and not move? The exup and 750 go into a safe mode when the exup valve gos hay wirer and won't rev above 4000rpm.

If its above this I would say you have a problem in your carbs, give them a good cleaning and sync. Also have you tried spraying start fluid around the intake manifolds? You could have air leaks. If you spray it and your rpms raise then you have an air leak.

Click on 'Gallery' at the top of the page; I can't remember if you have to create an ID there as well. Upload the pics, then return to the topic / post in question. Click 'g2Img' just above your reply text box, and follow the prompts.

A quick follow-up - IQ, I saw in the Wiki the wiring diagrams that you sent to YG.

US Wiring vs Uk EXUP Wiring
87-88 - Not applicable
89-90 - No difference
91-93 - No difference

94+
B/R -- B/R
B/Y -- B/Y
W/R -- R/W
W/B -- B/W
L/Y -- Y/L

So long as the pins at the TCI stay the same! :whistle

I've edited my message above with the circuit, where I said it was from a YZF750; it's actually from an R6V.
