right, big apology! I found exactly the same top as yours in the shed, but also a flat one! I think you must have a different bottom set or its bent like YG says, i didn't get a chance to compare them yest but i will! ( if i do a few measurements off mine you might be able to spot something amiss!)

just had a measure up of the ones i've got. The top tree you have there is for 38mm forks, but the bottom is for 41mm forks (you can tell by the way the pinch bolts are not parallel to the back of the lower tree). I'd check the measurement on the forks you have to make sure it is the top that you need and not a different bottom!
