How do you think that the bike would handle with a 110/70/17 tire up front and a 180/55/17 tire in the back? I'm asking this because i made the suzuki srad 600 swingarm swap and i have a 5.5 inch rim in the back. Do you think that it would do anything bad to the handling if i keep the 3 inch front rim and 110/70/17 tire or should I put a 3.5 inch front rim with 120/70/17 tire?
Thanks guys!
I need your opinion

most wide tyre options are said to slow the steering/handling of the bike.
BUT
since you are swapping around I would try the wide back tyre ride it somewhere you KNOW very well, then swap out and try again see what you like about the combination after all it is for your pleasure that you ride no one elses.

Re: I need your opinion
I understand what you are saying George. The thing is: I have the 3 inch wheel with a 120 rubber on it, but the rubber is stretched and worn to the mark. I found a 110/70/17 michelin pilot power on ebay.de for 90 euro, but i don' t know if I should buy the 110/70/17 rubber or buy a new 3.5 inch rim and then buy a 120/70/17 tire for it. That is why i asked if any of you guys have tried the combination between 110 and 180 tires. I know that the 120 - 180 combination won't do anything bad, as many modern bikes have this combination of tires. The thing is that the budget is quite limited and I wanted to know if running the 110-180 combination of tires would do anything bad to the handling in comparison with the 120-180 combo and if it's gonna put my life in danger.

Re: I need your opinion
It shouldn't be anything life-endangering. In fact, it's probably "safer" than running the 120 width on the 3" wheel since 110 is the recommended size. If anything you may notice slightly faster turn in compared to the 120, though that's likely cancelled out by the fat tire you have out back. The point of this story is that you should be just fine running the 110-180 combo.
