well i was riding yesterday and my pressure plate came loose so i pulled it apart put it back together and all was well, then i was riding home and i lodt my clutch alltogether wasnt slipping but wont disengage. got it home pulled it apart again, noticed that basket was a bit loose so i snugged it up check the plates and fiber all was good so i put it back together, worked better then ever, rode for about a hour and lost it again! lever goes right to the bar before i get any resistance. i have no clue whats going on, what do you guys think?

You've lost it 3 times? If it were me..I'd be replaceing everything and torque it to the correct specs.

Stop talking here and go Torque the various bits properly after drying them IE nof oil. !!!!!!
Wet torque will not be correct but dry torque is what is quoted in the manual !

They might have been over-torqued at one time or another and stripped out a little. That would make them loosen very quickly. Threadlock might help, but I would do some closer inspections of the threads.
