90 1WG front wheel bearings
I have a 90 1wg 400, how do i remove myself the front wheel bearings ?
Re: 90 1WG front wheel bearings
on mine (94 us fzr600) I was able to hammer is out from the opposite side by using a long piece of metal (I think it was a socket extension) and hammered against the lip visible inside the wheel. this is another option if you want to collect another tool:

You will not be able to re-use the bearings.

Hi,
If the tyre is off the rim then heating the rim where the bearing is (Seals removed and area cleaned of grease oil etc) helps the bearing removal process when tapping out or using the bearing tool in the video (not bad at 80USD , will only pay for itself if you do bike work for others)
When replacing bearings I suggest you place the NEW bearings in the freezer for a night & then they will go in much easier, NEVER hit the inner race of a bearing either taking them out or Putting them in!!!!!!
