Hi all

does anyone know if a predetor end can Fzr600 3he 93 model would fit a Fzr600 3he 89/90 model is it a straight swap or is there any modification required

I would think it would fit given the PO had not modified anything to his bike. I don't think Yamaha ever changed the header for these bikes besides the EXUP valve. Even then, I don't think the physical size changed.
Yes, that is a Single Sided Swingarm FZR600 that I built.

Something is lurking, waiting, wanting to be built......It calls to me from the darkness....

I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel....Then I realize that it is the train coming to run my ass over....

Agreed Unless the PO had after market headers fitted (different diameter end can?). Ask the seller to measure the internal diameter of the can.

In this situation I always check the parts fiche and compare the part numbers of the 2 years in question.

Note: this part is superseded by 3HH1471011.

Although the numbers differ, take a look at the pic's. The only difference between the mufflers appears to be a heat shield (upgrade/modification?), also a complete system is the same part number for both years.
