CLutch help
2002 yzf600 and i had to replace the clutch push rod becuse it snaped in three places, but after puttin g the new rod in and adjusting everthing it doesnt disengage my clutch completly, in frist gear on the stand i can move the tire with clutch enganged but barly, im a new rider and everone said this is a easy fix so i put the rod in myself, now i think i might have mess something up, any help, thanks

well it is supposed to be easy but it can be tricky, did you put the ball bearing back in the right place and grease the shaft it self NOt dry mounted.
If you look in our WIKI there should be a how-to on the clutch & adjusting it, if my memory is right., if not the WIKI does have the manual for you to look thro.

If the push rod snapped you probably welded the ball bearing to the rod. If you ONLY replaced the rod, this would leave you about 1/4" short on the amount of metal in the push path. Did you check the inner (flat-head) push rod for condition?
