is there any way to take out and check spark plugs 2 &3 without removing my radiator????

You can dismount the rad without disconnecting it - remove the mounting bolts, push down gently, be happy they used long hoses.

You're right, it IS a clumsy design, but many sport bikes have similar issues. At least it's not so bad as certain cars that have to have the engine dropped to change the oil filter...

I'm guessing they were thinking "I want to put this radiator here, but I want to make it easy to remove just in case then general public wants to access their spark plugs quite easily.

All i can add is, Support the rad don't just let it hang on the hose's, I use cable ties as a temporary support.

also be very careful with letting the radiator hitting your front fender on the back side. I split mine somehow, guess being 20 years old and all, with ease. I was quite surprised and hope my rad touching my fender wont split it anymore.
