Exup Grease

Post by McFizzer »

Is there anything anyone prefers to use? I've put now about 5k on my baby since buying it in march and can hear a slight rattle, no biggie but I do want to adjust the servo 3 turns so it's slightly open and I do wanna grease it. Is there a certain High temp grease to use? I know my cables are in great shape as I had the tank off 2 days ago and was poking around being bored :whistle

Well, I found mine in Canadian Tire - not sure if that's any help to you!

The guy at the counter should know what you're talking about when you ask for anti-seize.

They usually just call it "Anti-Seize Lubricant" or compound. Several companies like Loctite and Permatex make it. I use it on spark plug threads.

FWIW, it's "Copaslip", not "Copperslip".

Copaslip isn't as effective as this stuff. its not the cheapest stuff on the planet...but its worth it!
