FZR 1000 Tank

Hi , just got myself a 89 F plate FZR 1000, It needs a tank, I know for one off a 87 bike, does anyone know if this would fit, all I know looking at the spec sheet is that both tanks are 19 l in size, thanks for reading

87-88 probably won't fit since the frame is different. The good thing is the never changed the tank. It's the same from 89 to 95

Thanks for the help, atleast I know what I'm looking for now, I can hold on for a good one , bikes been stand for years and it caught fire while I was cleaning the old petrol out of the tank

There seems to be 2 types of tank . A 3GM and a 3LG , are they the same.?

probably 89-90 and 91+ if my memory isnt total shit

Not sure what 3lg is although i'm thinking that is the YZF1000 Thunder Ace. 3gm is 89-95 FZR1000.
