Alas, I didn't die, fall into a coma, or was imprisoned from dressing up as a schoolgirl (that's not illegal yet, luckily!).
No, my new bloody kitten knocked my laptop off the arm of the chair while I was on the phone and it busted, so I've been without a means of accessing the 'net for a few months. Jeez, I've had to learn to read and spend time with the family. It was horrible!

Cheers dude. Arms not so bad. I got all the motion, but maybe only a 3rd of the strength and the surgeon don't think it'll get a lot better. He did a tidy job but it's liable there'll be little improvement now 
I've had to substitute some of my weight routine with press ups (700 a day, 5 days a week) and isometrics, which seem to be working well, though it's a ballache! 238 and gaining, so must be working.
