Where is the main fuse located on a 95 fzr 600

turns out the main fuse was blown

new problem. we were headed out and i went through a little puddle and my bike dies.... ok wtf.... so we hooked up the battery and went to charge it then almost immediatly my wires from underneath the ignition start smoking and my bike will not start yet again. plz help... all fuses are good
