Windscreen sizes

Post by NoNothing »

Heyo,

What differs from model year to model year with regards to the windscreens?

Im looking to spend less than $50 to replace my 87 1000's screen and all I can really find are the Zero Gravity screens for $70-80.

I found a 91-93 screen on ebay for around $20 and Im wondering if I can get it to fit well or if I should hold out for an actual 87-88 screen?

NN,
If you were to buy a zero gravity windscreen you are unlikely to regret it I am 6-2 and the zero grav is that bit higher and kept my face out the windstream & all the buffeting that resulted in very tired neck muscles

You're pretty much going to have to go with the screen for your bike unless you want do some mods make another scree fit.
